Is there any minimum required shipment?

We can provide a variety of logistics and transportation solutions, such as sea, air, express and railway. Different shipping methods have different MOQ requirements for goods.

The MOQ for sea freight is 1CBM, and if it is less than 1CBM, it will be charged as 1CBM.

The minimum order quantity for air freight is 45KG, and the minimum order quantity for some countries is 100KG.

The MOQ for express delivery is 0.5KG, and it is accepted to send goods or documents.

Can freight forwarders provide assistance when buyers do not want to deal with the importing process?

Yes. As freight forwarders, we will organize all the importing processes for customers, including contacting exporters, making documents, loading and unloading, transportation, customs clearance and delivery etc., helping customers complete their import business smoothly, safely and efficiently.

What kind of documentation will a freight forwarder ask me for in order to help me get my product door to door?

The customs clearance requirements of each country are different. Usually, the most basic documents for customs clearance at the port of destination require our bill of lading, packing list and invoice to clear customs.

Some countries also need to make some certificates to do customs clearance, which can reduce or exempt customs duties. For example, Australia needs to apply for a China-Australia Certificate. Countries in Central and South America need to make FROM F. Countries in Southeast Asia generally need to make FROM E.

How do I track my cargo when it will arrive or where it is in the transit process?

Whether shipping by sea, air or express, we can check the transshipment information of the goods at any time.

For sea freight, you can directly check the information on the shipping company’s official website through the bill of lading number or container number.

Air freight has an air waybill number, and you can check the cargo transit condition directly from the airline’s official website.

For express delivery through DHL/UPS/FEDEX, you can check the real-time status of the goods on their respective official websites by the express tracking number.
