1) Offer contact information of your supplier, we will contact with them to fill a booking form and process the booking;

2) After receive the S/O by carrier, we will coordinate with your supplier about the loading date, customs declaration, and trucking issues;

3) Confirm B/L information: we will send you B/L draft, you just check if all information is OK before deadline;

4) After trucking and customs declaration done, carrier will load the container to vessel per vessel schedule;

5) We will send you freight debit note, after freight received, we will process Telex Release or Original B/L with carrier & send to customer;

6) Carrier/agent will inform consignee before container or goods arrive port of destination, consignee need to contact with their local agent to process the customs clearance and trucking issues at destination (We can process these too, if you need us door to door service.)
