With DDP, we handle customs clearance and taxes until final delivery.
Express Service:
Senghor Logistics provides delivery options for goods with high time requirements. For smaller shipments from China to Europe, we will use international express companies such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. For shipments starting from 0.5 kg, the courier company's comprehensive services include international logistics, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery. Delivery time is generally 3 to 10 business days, but customs clearance and the remoteness of the destination will affect the actual delivery time.

(1) After we have learned about your cargo information, we will provide you with the latest freight rates and shipping schedules or (for air freight, flight schedules).
(2) We will communicate with your supplier and complete the necessary paperwork. After the supplier completes the order, we will arrange for the empty container to be picked up from the port and loaded at the supplier's factory, based on the cargo and supplier information you provided.
(3) Customs will release the container, and we can assist with customs procedures.
(4) After the container is loaded onto the ship, we will send you a copy of the bill of lading, and you can arrange to pay the freight.
(5) After the container ship arrives at the destination port in your country, you can clear customs yourself or entrust a customs clearance agent to do so. If you entrust customs clearance to us, our local partner agent will handle the customs procedures and send you the tax invoice.
(6) After you pay the customs duties, our agent will schedule an appointment with your warehouse and arrange for a truck to deliver the container to your warehouse on time.
